How to access class notices, school-wide circulars, and urgent announcements published by teachers and administration.

This portal module is fully integrated with your dashboard profile. Contact administration if permissions are restricted.
Tips
- Enable browser notifications to receive alerts for new notices without checking the portal manually.
- Check urgent notices immediately — they often contain time-sensitive information like exam venue changes.
Types of Notices
The Notices section aggregates all announcements relevant to you: • Class Notices: Published by your class teacher or subject teachers — homework, exam schedules, assignment deadlines. • School Circulars: Published by administration — fee reminders, holiday announcements, event notifications. • Urgent Alerts: Flagged as urgent by the publisher and displayed with a high-visibility warning badge at the top of your notice board. Notices are sorted newest-first. Unread notices are highlighted until opened.
Filtering & Searching Notices
Use the filter panel to narrow notices by: • Source: All, Class Notices, School Circulars • Date range: This week, This month, Custom range • Subject: Filter by subject-specific notices Use the search bar to find specific notices by keyword in the title or content.
Attachments & Downloads
Notices may include downloadable attachments such as PDFs (question papers, syllabus documents, event forms) or images (timetables, event posters). Click the attachment icon to download directly to your device.
Frequently Asked Questions
I'm not seeing notices from a particular subject. Why?
Notices are class-specific. Ensure your class and section were set correctly during onboarding. If they were, the teacher may not have published any notices yet for that subject.
